The average speed of rolling the profile on the machine is 200-300 m/h/h. Each element is labeled separately, depending on its location in the panel. The line is equipped with working elements that perform bending, cutting, punching, finishing, creasing, stamping and marking. In this case, only those necessary for a given part are performed at the same time. All elements of one panel are placed in a package, together with the assembly drawing, fastened with a strapping tape and sent to the construction site. The entire frame of the house is divided into panels so that their dimensions do not exceed 3-6 m (except for the trusses), and the weight corresponds to the possibility of manual handling by 2 people.
