For the production of KOHO load-bearing structural profiles, high-quality galvanized steel with a strength of R. = 350-450 MPa and a zinc coating of class 1 weighing at least 275 g/m² is used. In accordance with GOST R 52246-2004.
For unloaded structures, steel with a yield strength of R = 230 MPa, with a coating of 80-100 g/m², GOST 14918-80 is used. The thickness of the steel varies from 0.5 mm to 2.0 m. To assemble the frames, high-strength self-tapping screws made of hardened steel are used, which are coated with SAE 1022 protective primer, manufactured by ITW Buildex.
The bent C-shaped profile is universal and can be used for the construction of load-bearing walls, interfloor ceilings, roof trusses and interior partitions. If necessary, composite sections of several profiles can be used, fastened with screws or bolts.
TU 1121-001-25656440-2014 provides a description, technical requirements and symbols for 2 profile sizes:
-PS 150×41, metal thickness 1.0-2.0 mm.
– PS 89×41-0,7-1,2 մմ:
U-shaped profile PS 45×754 with extended side shelves and bushing fastening system. This profile is ideal for the manufacture of trusses with a span of 12 meters and above, and can also be used as a machine tool. The use of this profile allows you to reduce metal consumption and significantly reduce the cost per square meter of housing.
